By accessing or using the website at ai-is.ai, or by engaging AI Integration Solutions, LLC ("AIIS", "we", "us", or "our") for any consulting, automation, or software services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone else who accesses our site or engages our services.

AI Integration Solutions, LLC is a Colorado-registered limited liability company. We provide AI consulting, workflow automation design, software products, and advisory services to businesses. Our work is custom, practitioner-led, and focused on measurable outcomes — not hype.

Nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, regulatory, or compliance advice. For those needs, retain a qualified professional in the relevant discipline.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the site to transmit harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from this site for commercial purposes without written permission
• Use automated tools to interact with the site in ways that degrade performance for others
• Impersonate AIIS, its team, or any other person or entity

All content on this site — including but not limited to copy, design, branding, code, graphics, and logos — is the property of AI Integration Solutions, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any site content without our express written permission. Linking to ai-is.ai is permitted provided it does not imply endorsement or affiliation.

Client engagements are governed by separate written agreements that address ownership of deliverables, work product, and any AI-generated outputs.

AIIS offers software products (including but not limited to tools available at ai-is.ai) subject to the following:

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase
• Licenses are granted to the purchasing individual or entity and are non-transferable
• Software is provided "as-is." We make no warranty that it will be error-free or meet every use case
• We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue products with reasonable notice

Consulting, retainer, and project-based engagements are governed by separate signed agreements (Statements of Work, Master Service Agreements, or equivalent). These Terms of Service apply in addition to, not in place of, those agreements.

Where no separate agreement exists, the following applies:

• Engagements require written confirmation (email is sufficient) before work begins
• Fees are due per the schedule agreed in writing
• Either party may terminate with 14 days written notice; fees for completed work are non-refundable
• All AI-assisted outputs are advisory. AIIS is not liable for business outcomes resulting from client implementation decisions

This site and all content, products, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of this site is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AI Integration Solutions, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of this site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 90 days preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the following order: (a) good-faith written negotiation between the parties for no less than thirty (30) days; (b) if unresolved, the parties may pursue the claim in the small claims court of the county in Colorado where AIIS maintains its principal place of business, where eligible; (c) any remaining dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

You waive any right to participate in class action litigation related to our services.

We may update these Terms as our services evolve. When we do, the "Effective" date above will be updated. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
