AI Integration Solutions, LLC ("AIIS", "we", "us", or "our") is a Colorado-registered limited liability company providing AI consulting, workflow automation, and software products. Our primary website is ai-is.ai and you can reach us at hello@ai-is.ai.

We collect only what's necessary to serve you. This may include:

• Contact information — name, email address, and any message you send through our contact form or by emailing us directly
• Usage data — basic analytics such as page views, browser type, and referring URL, collected in aggregate and never tied to personal identity
• Communications — emails or messages you send us in connection with engagements or inquiries

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Information you provide is used solely to:

• Respond to your inquiries and deliver services you've requested
• Send service-related communications (not marketing, unless you opt in)
• Improve our website and understand how people use it
• Meet legal or compliance obligations where applicable

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this site:

• Netlify — website hosting and form processing. Subject to Netlify's Privacy Policy
• Google Workspace — business email. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy

We do not use advertising networks, tracking pixels, or behavioral targeting tools.

We retain contact and engagement data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Client engagement records are retained for a minimum of 3 years for business and legal purposes.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted communications (HTTPS), secure hosting infrastructure, and limited internal access to personal information.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Opt out of any non-essential communications at any time

AI Integration Solutions operates with awareness of and in alignment with the Colorado Artificial Intelligence Act (SB 24-205). Any AI-assisted outputs provided through our services are advisory in nature. Human oversight and final judgment apply to all client engagements. We do not deploy high-risk AI systems without appropriate disclosure and human review processes.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our services evolve. When we do, the "Effective" date above will be updated. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
